Product Delivery Policy

PackSo Product delivery norms are as below:
Depending upon the type of products and the delivery destination, company will decide to ship it by road, air, or sea.
Once the buyer payment is credited to our account and or purchase order is released to us, company will inform about the tentative dates to dispatch the materials as per system delivery schedule and as per the delivery destination.
Products will be shipped as per the agreed guidelines since it involves manufacturing and or sourcing of ordered quantity.
Company will use their transportation services to move the products.
Buyer needs to check and acknowledge product quantity during the time of delivery itself.
Company will share during the time of purchase, truck wise product loadable quantity.
In case there are certain quality or quantity related complaints which are not as per the agreed parameters, PackSo team need to be immediately informed.
In case the vehicle is not unloaded on the same day, the company has the rights to charge additional detention charges.
